Iden Green Pavilion is an ideal venue for small to medium size meetings, events and parties. It is situated in the centre of Iden Green on an attractive and well maintained recreation field site. It has one main meeting room for a maximum of 70 people, and a fully equipped kitchen. French doors from the meeting room open onto a small porch and terrace. There is well lit off road parking.

Hire Charges:
All Bookings are Governed by the Published ‘Conditions of Hire’

Meetings & Club activities:
Local & regular hirers:  £9 per session (£13 with use of kitchen & equipment)
Other 'outside' hirers:  £18 per session (£22 with use of kitchen & equipment)

Local Children's parties:
All hirers:  £18 per session, plus £30 refundable indemnity deposit (includes use of kitchen & equipment)

All Party/Dance bookings:
Local & regular hirers:  £40 per Double session, plus £100 refundable indemnity deposit (includes full use facilities)
Other 'outside' hirers:  £80 per Double session, plus £100 refundable indemnity deposit (includes full use facilities)

N.B. 'Local' hirers are from Iden Green and the Parish of Benenden. 'Regular' hirers make at least 12 bookings in one calendar year. 'Outside' hirers are all those who are not 'Local' or 'Regular' hirers. There are three sessions per day: Morning, Afternoon, Evening.

Notes:

  • Advance Payment. All those booking Dances, Parties (including Children's parties) and also all 'outside' hirers, are required to pay a deposit of 50% of the hire charge at the time of booking, with the balance due at least three weeks before the hire date.
  • Indemnity Deposits are refundable in full, only if the Pavilion is left in good condition.
  • Parking.  Hirers must make sure that all guests are aware of the arrangements for parking before they arrive, and also ensure that any noise when leaving is kept to a minimum.
  • Rubbish Removal.  Hirers are requested to take their rubbish away with them; black bags are provided.
